Universal ballast for domestic and international fluorescent tubes used in STERN SPI only pinball machines.
120 volts 50/60 Hertz ballast intended for operation in late model Stern SPI machines with factory wiring harness.
Stern pinball machines are specially wired to allow use of this ballast in 220+ volt countries.
